Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf Resort and Spa, located in Los Cabos and would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the link below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down only nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your Deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

*Please note: The room block is initially set up for a 3-night stay but can be extended to up to 6 nights. Please reach out to Lisa via the contact form if you require more than 3 nights and she will get this taken care of for you.

With over 538 square feet of living space, our luxurious ocean-view Junior Suites feature a fully-equipped kitchenette for convenient in-room dining, plush living area with over-sized chairs facing the ocean, elegant sleeping quarters furnished with one king bed or two queen beds, and a private balcony or terrace with outdoor seating.

Bedding: 1 king or 2 double beds. Bedding is not guaranteed and is based on availability at check-in. Occupancy limits: 3 adults, 2 children, 4 total.

Perfect for families or parties of four, our Executive Suites feature over 1088 square feet of living space and spectacular ocean views. Executive Suites include a complete kitchenette, a dining area with table and chairs, a cozy living area with a sofa sleeper, and a private bedroom furnished with a plush king bed or two queens.

To avoid a Single occupancy premium we suggest you bring a guest. Single Occupancy is about $200 more per night for 1 adult in a room.

What Does This Rate Include?

*Rate does NOT include airfare or optional travel protection.
This rate includes all of your taxes, fees and roundtrip transfers.

You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Chenango Travel (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is due at the time of booking but please book no later than January 31, 2025, in order to secure your room and shared round-trip airport/resort/airport transportation.
A Second Deposit Payment of 50% of each guest's total reservation cost is due by February 5, 2025.

*The final balance is due by March 15, 2025.*

Your passport must be valid 6 months after you return from travel.
In this case, that means that your passport cannot expire before December 16, 2025. If your passport is going to expire before December 16, 2025, or you need to register for a new passport, please apply/renew your passport now as to ensure that you receive it back before travel.
Passport processing times are a little longer as our Country trickles back to "Normalcy". Some new passports and renewals are back within 8 weeks and some are taking months so plan accordingly.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you have ANY issues (i.e. legal convictions, arrests, warrants, child support issues, or other extenuating circumstances) that would prevent you from traveling outside of the US, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your ability to obtain a US passport and to travel outside of the US. Dreamy Destination Wedding Travel will not be responsible for any denied boarding or entry/reentry into any country due to legal matters. Travel insurance often does NOT cover denied boarding or entry due to legal issues. Please consult your policies for details.

PLEASE READ!
Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 50 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes all the food, drink and fun you can handle. It also includes round trip transfers. You will also have access to all wedding related functions on the property.
